Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team at Townsend Nissan. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for helping customers. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in our dealership’s success by guiding customers through the car-buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via digital communication to understand their automotive needs.
  • Provide expert knowledge on Nissan vehicles, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
  • Offer a consultative sales approach, assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Conduct test drives and explain key vehicle features to enhance the buying experience.
  • Work closely with the finance team to assist customers with leasing and financing options.
  • Utilize CRM tools to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, Nissan product updates, and competitor offerings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while providing top-notch customer service.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns professionally, using effective word tracks and objection-handling techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated individuals who are goal-oriented and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle objections, overcome challenges, and close deals confidently.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and use dealership CRM systems.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
