Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team at Townsend Nissan. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for helping customers. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in our dealership’s success by guiding customers through the car-buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via digital communication to understand their automotive needs.
- Provide expert knowledge on Nissan vehicles, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Offer a consultative sales approach, assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Conduct test drives and explain key vehicle features to enhance the buying experience.
- Work closely with the finance team to assist customers with leasing and financing options.
- Utilize CRM tools to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, Nissan product updates, and competitor offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while providing top-notch customer service.
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally, using effective word tracks and objection-handling techniques.
