Janitor and Cleaner
Township-United Building Services is looking to hire part-time cleaners for multiple locations throughout WA State!
Some locations and routes will receive paid drive time between sites.
CURRENT ROUTE AVAILABLE: LYNNWOOD, MILL CREEK AND SHORELINE - PART TIME NIGHT CLEANING A COUPLE NIGHTS A WEEK, GREAT FOR POSITION FOR EXTRA INCOME!
Shift starts: 5:30p-11p
All locations are Night Shift.
This position is a roving position and cover 3 locations in the above mentioned cities.
Travel time paid.
Job Duties:
Description of routine regular service:
Lobby I Entryway area
Vacuum all carpeted areas
Damp (lightly) mop floors (if apply) Sweep hard surface floor.
Clean glass building entrance doors inside and out
Dusting of hard to reach areas such as walls, ceiling, ledges etc.............................................................................................. (as needed)
Clean lobby Bank surface counter/s. Gather trash and place for disposal. Reline cans as needed.
Clean wipe down reception table
Clean wipe reception chair/s (as needed) Spot clean walls and wood work as needed.
Conference room
Gather trash and place for disposal. Reline cans as needed.
Move and replace chairs as necessary to vacuum carpeted area. Wipe clean conference table.
Sanitize telephone. (if apply)
Feather dust and down windowsills. (as needed) Dust/wipe down wood trim and picture frames.
Clean interior/exterior window partitions, five win/panes. (as needed) Dusting of hard to reach areas, walls, ceilings, ledges etc. (as needed) Vacuum carpeted areas.
Clean and wipe bottom chairs. (as needed) Clean and wipe trash cans. (as needed) Sanitize (clean) door nob.
Offices stations or cubical stations
Gather trash and place for disposal Reline cans as needed
Move and replace (some) furniture as necessary to vacuum. Feather dust, wipe office desk.
Most important Dust, wipe down and sanitize all telephones.
Dust, wipe down office desk. Vacuum carpeted area
Dust and wipe top of cubical partitions. Clean and wipe trash cans (as needed) Clean and wipe bottom chairs (as needed) Sanitize (clean) door nob.
Branch Manager/Vice President Office
Gather trash and place for disposal Reline cans as needed
Move and replace (some) furniture as necessary to vacuum.
Dust, wipe down and sanitizeall telephone.
Dust wipe down office desk. (as needed)
Dust and wipe down wood trims and picture frames. (as needed) feather dust windowsills. (as needed)

Teller/sf counters station area:
Gather trash and place for disposal. Reline cans as needed.
Vacuum carpeted area. Feather dust counter area.
Wipe down, sanitize telephones (if apply) Dust wipe down wood trims.
Feather dust windowsills (as needed) Dusting of hard to reach areas.
Break room/kitchen
Clean counter top and sanitize
Clean spills, grime, washable stains form surfaces. Clean lunchroom/break room (no dishes)
Wipe, clean microwave, exterior Wipe clean exterior refrigerator. Sweep hard surface floor.
Gather trash and place for disposal. Reline trash can.
Damp mop floor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
