Findlay Township is accepting applications for a full time and a part time Police Officer. The part time officer will have full medical benefits and eligible for full time status in 8 months. APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE CURRENT ACT 120 TRAINING COMPLETED AT TIME OF HIRING, must be U.S. Citizen, at least 21 YOA, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be physically and mentally fit to perform the essential duties of a police officer. A physical ability test will be conducted on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 9 : 00 A.M. at the West Allegheny High School Athletic Facility and a written examination at 1 : 00 P.M. at the Findlay Township Police Department, 1271 Route 30, Clinton, PA 15026. Successful candidates shall then be subject to a physical, psychological, and polygraph examination, as well as an extensive background investigation.
