Job Overview
We are hiring for a full time leasing agent who is ready to work on our leasing team to fully lease our diverse portfolio of 1300 residential properties. Our idea candidate would be incredibly organized, able to work with systems, and have the ability to both relate to potential residents about properties and de-escalate difficult situations when they come up.
The job will be fast paced and require getting through a mountain of leads everyday to convert them to residents. A real estate license will be required and we will help you get one if necessary.
During the summer and over college winter break, the job will also entail doing property inspections to make sure they are compliant, take marketing photos, and recommend upgrades.

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of available units.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and data entry into property management systems.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance requests and follow up with tenants as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leasing or sales role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong legal administrative skills with a solid understanding of leasing agreements and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on conflict management and resolution.
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with tenants and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
