The Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic manufacturing, supply chain management, and working with external manufacturing partners. This role requires a combination of operational expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
The key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day production processes with TPMs;
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with regulatory standards;
- Maintaining accurate purchase orders and coordinating logistics and shipments;
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of new product launches and ongoing production;
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize disruptions and improve production processes;
