At Toy Missions, we create magical play environments for children to explore, grow, and have fun. As our Program Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring the highest level of service for our customers and seamless day-to-day management of the play area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
✅ Welcoming guests, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a delightful customer experience.
✅ Keeping the play space organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
✅ Coordinating and scheduling the work of supervisors to meet operational needs.
✅ Reporting directly to shareholders and ensuring all key processes align with company goals.

Candidates with a valid Florida Childcare Facility Director Credential and relevant certifications for working in childcare facilities will be given preference.

Location: Clearwater Downtown
Hours: Weekdays 3 PM – 8 PM, Weekends 11 AM – 7 PM (flexible schedule possible).
Pay: $22/hour for the probation month, then $25/hour.
