The Foreman / General Labor Lead is a working leader who spends 70‑80 % of the day in the field with tools in hand while guiding a 3‑6 person crew. You’ll plan each job site, delegate tasks, uphold safety standards, and serve as the on‑site point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on‑site; set pace, workmanship, and safety expectations.
- Review work orders, stage materials, and create the daily site plan.
- Assign and rotate tasks to crew members; coach for efficiency and quality.
- Perform hands‑on technical tasks alongside the crew
- Communicate professionally with residential & commercial clients, providing updates and resolving issues in real‑time.
- Track labor hours and material usage; submit accurate daily reports.
- Inspect completed work for quality and ensure the site is cleaner than we found it.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a foreman or crew lead in an outdoor labor industry such as construction, roofing, pressure washing, or similar. Landscaping experience highly preferred. All experience must be clearly reflected on your resume to be considered.
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; comfortable driving trucks & trailers.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs , work at heights, and tolerate outdoor conditions year‑round.
- Working knowledge of job‑site safety practices and equipment.
- Basic tech literacy: smartphones/tablets, cloud‑based time & project apps.
- Natural coach who motivates through positivity and accountability.
- Sharp planner who can see the whole job and sequence tasks efficiently.
- Calm, clear communicator with strong customer‑service instincts.
- Adaptable problem‑solver who can pivot when conditions change.
