As a Service Technician, you’ll work alongside a team of professionals, using state-of-the-art equipment to diagnose, repair, and maintain Kia vehicles. Your expertise will help keep our customers on the road with confidence!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Performs work specified on a repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisors so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed and provides an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Service department
- Experience with Hyundai or KIA preferred
- Completion of Kia’s Web-Based Training (WBT) courses
- Valid ASE Certifications - required
- EPA 609 Certification for A/C repairs is preferred but not required.
- Advanced hands-on training and diagnostic skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- State Licensing
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
