Handle the cash register and sales during regular business hours when working independently.

Assists with orientation, training, coaching, scheduling and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations
Ordering product , adding product to the POS system during non busy Hours.
Responsible for ensuring all outgoing internet orders are completed in accordance with the guidelines established by the store Policy/e-commerce department.
Ensures that back stock merchandise and inventory is stored and handled in accordance with policies, strategies, and procedures.
Handles inventory discrepancies and defective returns as soon as possible while abiding by the adjustment policy.
Being about to work independently and take care of the register/customer
Communicate with your Head Manager and discuss to find the solution. Communication is the key.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
- Strong cash handling skills and proficiency with cash registers
- Basic math and retail math capabilities
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Supervisory experience is a plus, along with familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to perform stocking and merchandising tasks in a grocery store environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
