In this role, you will play a key part in driving our content strategy by producing high-quality, SEO-optimized articles, refining user-generated content, and expanding our publishing reach.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies to meet monthly engagement and traffic goals.
- Write and edit SEO-optimized content that ranks effectively on search engines.
- Refine user-generated content to maximize search visibility and reader engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content formats.
- Create compelling content for our publication, social media, and external platforms.
- Identify and foster relationships with high-performing writers.
- Research trending topics and keyword opportunities to drive organic traffic.
- Contribute to performance reports, offering insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Work with external publications to get media exposure.
- Ability to work 20 hours a week
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in marketing, copywriting, SEO, or journalism.
- Exceptional command of the English language with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing content workflows using spreadsheets and trackers.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate content performance and optimize accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience with niche or sensitive topics is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
