TNA is currently looking for an Electrician in the Facility Operations area of our Plant Engineering and Maintenance Department. Our vision for this position is to provide support for the installation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installs, maintains, and monitors performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement, including conduit
- Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments
- Leads, guides, and / or trains other electricians in applicable procedures and techniques
- Repairs and maintains electrical systems and minor mechanical systems
- Plans electrical system additions or modifications
- May perform work of lower level electricians
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as directed by management
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
