What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAE Intern position at Toyoda Gosei?

Toyoda Gosei North America (located in Troy, MI) has an opening for a CAE Engineering Summer Intern . The CAE Engineering Intern will support safety and / or interior-exterior related product development with proper CAE tools. The intern will also involve in other activities such as benchmarking, process improvement, etc.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist / perform safety and interior / exterior related CAE projects and help to improve the current CAE processes
- Create computer models and process the results to learn the standard process of CAE
- Help improve model accuracy, and process automation.
- Work on safety R&D related CAE using LS-DYNA and plastic injection molding manufacturing simulation using Moldex3D
- Other duties as assigned
