\Salary and Benefits
\The starting hourly rate for this position is $33.5000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates within 50 miles. Relocation assistance may be available for those outside this distance range. We provide comprehensive health care and wellness plans, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drugs. \Job Responsibilities
\This role involves performing preventative maintenance, process and equipment improvements, and effective troubleshooting to support the production, quality, cost, and safety goals of our manufacturing operation and plant facilities. Key tasks include assembling, designing, and testing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems. Fabrication and machining of components for repairs, projects, and maintenance work orders are also essential duties.
\Key Qualifications
\- Proven industrial maintenance and/or military experience \
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge \
- Technical expertise in PLC's, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining, and Robotics \
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns \
- Degree, diploma, or certification in electrical studies \
- Experience with Milling Machines, Lathes, Surface Grinders, or CNC Machine programming
