Compensation and Benefits
- Starting hourly rate: $33.00/hr. with a grow-in rate up to $44.20/hr.
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (within 50 miles), $10,000 (outside 50 miles)

Job Description
As a Skilled Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with standards. This includes assembling, designing, and testing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance and/or military experience
- Electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Technical knowledge and skills in PLC's, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining, Robotics

What You'll Be Doing
You will be working as part of a collaborative team to support production, quality, cost, and safety goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment and machine components
- Fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts
- Ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity
