Job Overview
We are seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Toyota Manufacturing. This role will involve preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, design, and test hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems
- Fabricate and machine components for repair and maintenance work
- Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair programmable logic controllers and other electronic equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components
Requirements:
- Industrial maintenance and/or military experience
- Electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Technical knowledge and skills in PLC's, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining, Robotics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational background in electrical engineering or related field
- Experience working with and/or repairing robots
- Experience with Milling Machines, Lathes, Surface Grinders, or programming CNC Machines
