Job Summary
The Plant Reliability Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of plant production equipment and facilities through the development and implementation of effective maintenance strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of company policies, manufacturing standards and methods, product requirements, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Develops and implements predictive and preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborates with production management to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant maintenance experience with progressing levels of responsibility and 4 years of functional leadership experience as a manager.
