What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Technician - Welding position at Toyota Boshoku?
Attaining efficiency targets (work with equipment and die maintenance on countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence) Planning for successful die changes (less than 5 minutes) and coil changes (less than 3 minutes) Quality - Work with Group Leader to determine countermeasures for internal and external rejects Housekeeping - Daily organization and cleanliness for one press and surrounding area Following TBTN's standard work procedures, safety, quality, and productivity Experience in automotive metal stamping and / or welding would be a plus. Computer experience, specifically : Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) This person must be able to work with a minimum of direct supervision. Successful candidates must be willing and able to work overtime including weekends with minimum notice.
