About The Position
We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Technician to lead our manufacturing maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to maintenance teams, ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
- Predictive Maintenance: Collaborate with production management to develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
- Equipment Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of production equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that enhance overall efficiency.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among maintenance teams, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Business Growth: Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes that enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Industrial Maintenance Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years in robotics tuning, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, self-starter with strong work ethic, good problem-solving and analytical skills, flexibility, and mandatory overtime flexibility.
- Language Skills: English, both written and verbal.
