Safety and Health Manager Overview
In this position, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety policies, programs, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. You will also serve as the plant safety and health coordinator, manage risk assessments, and provide reports on safety and health metrics.

Conduct periodic safety audits, investigate incidents, and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and deliver training and coaching for team members on safety, security, and environmental issues. Lead and manage all ISO14001 and related environmental activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field. Certification as an Occupational Safety and Health Technician (OSHTEC), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). Minimum 4 years of experience in safety, loss prevention, emergency response management, consulting, supervision, and administration in a manufacturing environment.
