Job Summary
TBA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our production equipment, ensuring seamless manufacturing operations.
Main Tasks:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Predictive Maintenance: Use data-driven insights to predict and prevent equipment failures, reducing costly repairs and minimizing disruptions.
- Facilities Maintenance: Maintain and repair facilities and utility systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Machine Oversight: Monitor and control the operation of machines in Sewing area, Assembly area, and Injection Molding area, optimizing their performance and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Participate in Kaizen activities and other initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Industrial Maintenance Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years in robotics tuning, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.
- Skills: Self-starter with strong work ethic, good problem-solving and analytical skills, flexibility, and mandatory overtime flexibility.
- Language Skills: English, both written and verbal.
