We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Team Lead to join our team at Toyota Boshoku America. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control operations, directing team members, and managing group performance to achieve company goals. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring staffing conditions, work hours, and overtime; ensuring compliance with company rules, policies, and practices; developing positive team member relations; and providing direction and motivation to team members.
As a Quality Control Team Lead, you will also be responsible for leading and maintaining assigned areas, accomplishing department hoshin goals, and implementing standardized work procedures using Toyota Production System (TPS) techniques. You will work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient and stable operations in a team-based environment.
