* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associate's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
* Minimum three years of relevant operations experience required
* Experience in production management, quality control, and process improvement
