- Performing predictive and preventive maintenance on production equipment, facilities, and utility systems
- Working closely with production management to ensure operability of all plant production equipment and facilities
- Providing general building maintenance support
- Supporting maintenance, Kaizen, and production engineering activities
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An Industrial Maintenance Associates degree
- 2-5 years of experience in tooling, machining, and maintenance
- Experience in robotics tuning, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication (preferred)
- CNC, machine shop, and Kaizen experience (considered a plus)
- Mandatory overtime flexibility
- Language skills: English (written and verbal) and basic Microsoft Office applications
