As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing team members in assigned manufacturing areas, executing team leader responsibilities, and supporting the overall Toyota Production System.

* Experience in maintenance and repair operations associated with electrical systems, electronics, fabrication, hydraulics, injection molding, mechanical drives, pneumatics, robotics, stamping, welding, assembly and conveyor systems, and PLC programming and troubleshooting
Work Environment/Conditions:
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing production demands, communicate effectively with team members and internal contacts, and prioritize activities accordingly. In addition, the role may require occasional travel to Japan for training and benchmark activities.
