Tool and Die Maker

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to support our manufacturing areas, focusing on minimizing downtime, increasing productivity, and maintaining the Toyota Production System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support tool room activities on all production equipment and facilities.
• Maintain and improve stamping dies, fixtures, and molds.
• Set up, program, and run CNC and manual machines in the tool room.
• Use MasterCam, Solid Works, and AutoCAD for drawing, modifying, and programming.
• Manage machine uptime and downtime.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Machinist 1 certificate or equivalent required.
• Tool and Die certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of Tooling, Machining experience required.
• 2-5 years' experience with CAD, CNC programming required.

Work Environment:

Automotive manufacturing plant with occasional travel (0-10%).

Physical Demands:

The team member must be able to walk, sit, stand, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
