- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A Machinist 1 certificate or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: A Tool and Die certificate or equivalent experience, and 2-5 years of Tooling and Machining experience.
- Must have 2-5 years of CAD and CNC programming experience.
- PREFERRED: Experience drawing and programming with MasterCam, CNC, Machine shop, and Kaizen experience, Stamping die repair experience, TIG/MIG Welding and fabrication, and experience using an overhead crane.
