About the Role:
As a Building Maintenance Technician (Level I), you’ll work closely with our experienced Maintenance Department to keep our facilities in top shape. From general repairs and preventive maintenance to handling service calls and tackling emergency repairs, every day will bring something new!

What We’re Looking For:
- Technical schooling and/or training is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, or maintenance in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Practical skills in logical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication abilities and the ability to follow written instructions. You’ll need to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
