As a Maintenance Team Member at Toyota IN Careers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operation and plant facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.
We are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity. The successful candidate will have an associates degree in an industrial automation maintenance field or similar experience with mechanical, electrical, PLC's, hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment and be able to work on 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shifts, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns. We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $33.
