Responsibilities:
As a skilled Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for:
- Testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.
- Fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts.
- Programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components.
- Documenting work performed through written and electronic methods.
Requirements:
Technical Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following three technical qualifications:
- (1) An Associate's degree (or higher) in an Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study.
- (2) 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience (Examples: Mechanical, Electrical, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Robotics).
- (3) Similar military hands-on experience.
Internal Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following internal requirements:
- Current Track Team Members, TMMI Production Team Members, or TMMI Team Leaders preferred.
- No Corrective Action Above a Documented Discussion.
- 6 months of service with TMMI.
- Successful completion of TMMI's Internal Production to Maintenance Development Program.
- Meeting one of the above technical qualifications.
- Availability to work 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shifts, which may include overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
- Ability to work any shift for training purposes, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
