Key Responsibilities
As a Skilled Maintenance Team Member, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Identifying and addressing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Documenting work performed by written/electronic methods.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Meet one of the following three technical qualifications: Associate's degree in Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study, 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience, or similar military experience.
- Be available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shifts, which may include overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
