Skilled Maintenance Team Members support production, quality, cost, and safety goals by implementing process and equipment improvements and effective troubleshooting. They test and repair equipment or systems, fabricate and machine components, and perform basic administrative tasks such as documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must have an associate's degree in an Industrial Automation Maintenance field or equivalent experience. They should possess hands-on industrial maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Availability to work 2nd, 3rd shifts, weekends, and overtime is also required.
