This skilled maintenance role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to support production, quality, cost, and safety goals. Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Skilled Maintenance Team Members must have an associate's degree in an Industrial Automation Maintenance field or equivalent experience, as well as hands-on industrial maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. Availability to work 2nd, 3rd shifts, weekends, and overtime is also required.
