- Hourly pay range: $33.50-$44.70 per hour with opportunities for growth.
- Attendance and KPI bonuses.
- Shift hours: 2nd shift (2:00 pm-10:45 pm) and 3rd shift (10:00 pm-6:45 am).

Job Description:
Skilled maintenance technicians support the production, quality, cost, and safety goals of our manufacturing operation and plant facilities. Responsibilities include:
- Testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.
- Fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts for projects, equipment repair, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications.
- Writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components.
- Performing basic administrative tasks, including documenting work performed by written or electronic methods.
- Ability to problem-solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications:
We are seeking individuals who meet one of the following three technical qualifications:
- Associates degree in an industrial automation maintenance or similar field of study.
- 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience while installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment.
- Similar military hands-on experience.
