Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Toyota IN. As an Industrial Automation Maintenance Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems, including circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.
- Component Fabrication: Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts for projects, equipment repair, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications.
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs): Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair PLCs, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative skills, including documentation of work performed by written or electronic methods.
Qualifications:
- Technical Qualifications: Must meet one of the following three technical qualifications: Associates degree (or higher) in an Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study; 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience while installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment; or similar military hands-on experience.
- Availability: Available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shift, which may include overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
