What We Do
Our skilled maintenance team members play a crucial role in achieving our production, quality, cost, and safety goals. They perform preventive maintenance, process improvements, and troubleshooting tasks such as:
- Testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.
- Fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts.
- Programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components.
- Performing basic administrative tasks, including documentation of work performed.
- Developing problem-solving skills to continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
External Candidates
To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following technical qualifications:
- An Associate's degree (or higher) in Industrial Automation Maintenance or a similar field of study.
- Three years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience (e.g., mechanical, electrical, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics).
- Similar military hands-on experience.
You must also be available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shifts, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
Internal Team Members
To be eligible for this role, internal team members must:
- Have completed the TMMI Internal Production to Maintenance Development Program.
- Meet one of the three technical qualifications listed above.
- Be available to work 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shifts, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
