Salary and Benefits

Job Description
As a skilled Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for supporting the production, quality, cost, and safety goals of our manufacturing operation. This includes performing preventive maintenance, process and equipment improvements, and effective troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems, fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts, writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and/or repairing programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You must meet one of the following three technical qualifications:
- (1) Associates degree (or higher) in an Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study.
- (2) 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience (Examples: Mechanical, Electrical, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics or Robotics) while installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment.
- (3) Similar military hands-on experience.
- Available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shifts which may include overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
