As a Skilled Maintenance Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting production, quality, cost, and safety goals. Your responsibilities will include testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, fabricating and machining components, writing and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers, and performing basic administrative tasks. You will be able to problem-solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have one of the following qualifications: an associate's degree in Industrial Automation Maintenance or a related field, 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, or similar military experience. Additionally, you must be available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shifts, including overtime, holidays, and shutdowns.
