Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Industrial Automation Maintenance or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with others
- Willingness to work 2nd, 3rd shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
