This Skilled Maintenance Team Member role requires expertise in preventive maintenance, process improvements, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain complex equipment systems.
- Design and fabricate components for equipment repair and maintenance work orders.
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify electronic control systems.
- Document work performed using written or electronic methods.
- Continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity through problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Industrial Automation Maintenance or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, PLC's, hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics).
- Availability to work varied shifts, including overtime, holidays, and weekends.
