We are seeking a skilled industrial automation maintenance team member to join our team at Toyota IN.
Responsibilities
As an industrial automation maintenance team member, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems;
- Programming and maintaining automated equipment;
- Fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts;
- Writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment;
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components;
- Performing basic administrative skills, including documentation of work performed by written or electronic methods;
- Ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An associates degree in an industrial automation maintenance or similar field of study;
- 2-3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics;
- Availability to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shifts, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
