We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $33.50/HR with growth up to $44.70/HR (starting pay based on experience), attendance and KPI bonuses, shift hours including 2nd: 2:00 pm-10:45 pm; 3rd: 10:00 pm-6:45 am, and professional growth and development programs to help advance your career.
">Responsibilities
As a Skilled Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for supporting the production, quality, cost, and safety goals of the manufacturing operation and plant facilities.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance.
- Process and equipment improvements.
- Effective troubleshooting.
You will also be responsible for testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems, fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts, writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and/or repairing programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
">Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet one of the following three technical qualifications:
">- Associates degree (or higher) in an Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study.
- 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience (Examples: Mechanical, Electrical, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Robotics) while installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment.
- Similar military hands-on experience.
Additionally, you must be available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shifts which may include overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
