Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyze data to optimize production workflows and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain technical documents and procedures related to equipment operation and maintenance
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices
What You'll Need
- Associates degree (or higher) in an Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study
- 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience while installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment
- Similar military hands-on experience
- Available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shift, which may include overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns
- Available to work any shift for training purposes, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns
