About The Job:
Toyota Industries Commercial Finance (TICF) is seeking an intern in the Dealer Financial Services department.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn and identify commercial credit products offered to Toyota and Hino dealers nationwide.
- Develop process flow mapping and corresponding desk guides to achieve efficiency and eliminate Muda.
- Create/enhance internal financial plan quick reference guide used to book commercial loans in Wi loan servicing software platform.
- Partner with Dealer Financial Services and Marketing leadership to construct/enhance dealer knowledge center.
- Collaborate with Audit Analyst to manage, process, and close dealer field audits.
- Participate in collecting and spreading financial statements to measure financial trends and KPIs.
- Evaluate quality control methods and make recommendations to management for improvement.
Qualifications You’ll Need:
Must Have:
- Major or minor in finance, accounting, or business-related degree.
- Ability to identify problem areas and develop viable solutions considering holistic impacts.
- Teamwork and respect for people
Great to Have:
- Positive mental attitude
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, most notably Excel and Visio.
