Job Description
The Supply Chain Control Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. This position is responsible for receiving customer orders, procuring raw materials, scheduling production, and managing transportation lanes.
Main Duties
- Work closely with Production Management to develop schedules that meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods, adhering to just-in-time (JIT) production principles.
- Develop and execute Cycle Count schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory variances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform physical inventory administration tasks, including final variance analysis and implementing corrective actions.
