Job Description
Position Summary :
The Advanced Services Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company's fleet accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality fleet management services to customers. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance fleet efficiency and performance. The Advanced Services Account Manager will oversee all aspects of account management, including service, data analysis and reporting, contract negotiation, and compliance with service level agreements.
Essential Position Duties :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Advanced Services fleet customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with customer to develop and meet objectives such as cost reduction, equipment replacement, business growth and other performance metrics.
- Act as liaison between dealers and customers for any service related discrepancies
- Train dealers on best practices and system improvements within their dealership
- Lead and facilitate customer deliverables to drive customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present regular Quarterly Business Reviews on account status, performance metrics, financial reporting and business development activities.
- Monitor program compliance and Key Performance Indicators
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Additional duties as assigned
- 30-40% travel is required
