DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Delivers parts to body shop when needed and distributes to appropriate body technicians.
- Control and monitor physical warehouse (bins, organization of parts)
- Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery. 11 Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries.
- Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
- Assist in unloading and loading trucks each day.
- Turns in all required paperwork.
- Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
- Stocks and posts orders when they arrive to expedite sells and delivery to all customers.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
- Lock up and security of parts vehicles.
- Check in all orders and match invoices to bills to certify receipt and payment.
- Prepare all paperwork in order to receive the next day's orders.
- Inspect and store all orders from vendors and warehouses.
- Assist with sales counters and telephones when needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
Valid driver's license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate lift trucks as required. Fork lift experience preferred.
