As the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales & marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy in alignment with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform decision-making and drive innovation
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team sharing best practices, refining sales techniques, and ensuring the team is equipped for success
- Drive sales growth through effective planning, execution of sales initiatives, and management of key customer relationships
- Cultivate high-value relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
- Oversee the marketing department, ensuring the creating of comprehensive marketing plans that effectively promote products and services
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies across various channels
- Assess and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving company goals
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support strategic initiatives
- Track and report on sales and marketing performance against KPIs, using data to drive informed business decisions
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of current sales & marketing trends, techniques, and best practices.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales work experience in a material handling dealership or OEM sales environment.
- Proven experience (typically 15 years) in sales and/or marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility, including leadership experience.
- Material Handling Industry experience
