JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY
Integral administration support function for Equipment Sales Department
He/She will provide Unprecedented Customer Service of the Highest Quality and Personal Integrity.
SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
. Preparation of sales quotes for sophisticated equipment
. Calculations for lease financing
. Placing orders with manufacturers and tracking those orders
. Maintaining inventory control over equipment
Completing reports for sales statistics
. Billing and processing lease finance documents
. Calculate commission reports for salesmen
. Invoicing customers for sold new and used equipment
. Must have strong organizational skills
. Must have good written and verbal communication skills
