POSITION OVERVIEW :
As our Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead strategic and tactical marketing across all five business units. Leading a skilled marketing team, you'll develop and implement marketing initiatives that emphasize customer engagement, strong brand presence, and customer service excellence. In this role, content strategy and management are key as you build tailored messaging that resonates with each vertical's unique audience.

- Leadership & Team Management : Guide and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Strategic Marketing & Content Planning : Create and execute marketing strategies and robust content plans aligned with each business unit's goals and the broader company vision.
- Content Strategy & Management : Oversee content creation and distribution, crafting targeted messaging for digital platforms that strengthen engagement and customer loyalty.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with business unit leaders and the CX Team to provide customized marketing solutions that address specific goals and challenges.
- Customer-Centric Focus : Design all marketing and content initiatives to enhance the customer's experience, build loyalty, and support our commitment to service excellence.
- Brand Management : Uphold a cohesive brand image across all verticals, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Analyze performance metrics to gauge campaign success, refining strategies to optimize impact.
- Innovation & Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing function, enhancing processes and effectiveness.
