About the Role :

Looking to take your engineering skills to the next level in a role that blends hands-on design, cutting-edge IoT technology, and meaningful impact? We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer who’s ready to be a game-changer in the material handling industry. You'll be designing and integrating advanced IoT tech into our equipment, developing new sensors, enhancing hardware, and working with an agile, cross-functional team to create innovative and high-quality solutions. From brainstorming concepts to leading projects through the full design and development cycle, this role offers an exciting balance of autonomy and collaboration.

This hybrid role requires being onsite regularly (so relocation is necessary), but we prioritize flexibility to promote a great work / life balance. If you're excited to create the next generation of smart material handling tech in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do :

• Drive Innovation : Design components for IoT telematics systems and conduct feasibility studies for new features.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and high-quality.
• Develop Cutting-Edge Hardware : Use your expertise in electronics and IoT to create and integrate smart technology into material handling equipment.
• Document & Standardize : Create and update essential documentation—DFMEA, DVP&R, test plans, calibration procedures, and technical manuals.
• Problem-Solve in Real Time : Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware / software issues on components like OEM forklifts.
• Engage with Suppliers : Have technical discussions with internal and external suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth integration.
